ZMPD

ZMPD - Association of International Road Transport Carriers in Poland - is the largest Polish association in the road transport sector, existing since 1957. It gathers about 3 700 carriers - registered business entities dealing with international road transport. 

The main objective of the Association is to provide assistance, information and services to the members of ZMPD in matters concerning transport activity and to represent their interests in relation to state bodies, national and international organisations.

ZMPD activities are focused mainly on: issuing of TIR carnets, cooperation with the Polish government and the EU administration, representing ZMPD before authorities in the field of legislation works, gathering important information and documentation defining conditions and rules for performing the road transport in Poland and abroad, information activities  for members, training activities and commercial activity: assistance in obtaining visas, assistance in recovery of VAT from abroad, cooperation with insurance companies, customer Service Network Management in the electronic toll system viaTOLL.
In order to achieve its statutory goals ZMPD has 3 representation offices in: Moscow, Minsk and in Brussels.
