Arnaud Hary

Arnaud Hary has been working in the infrastructure sector for more than 25 years.
He worked for COFIROUTE then for RFF (Réseau Ferré de France, now SNCF Réseaux).
In 2002, he joined SANEF. Since then, he has participated in the company’s developments, notably by winning new concessions and new contracts in France and abroad.
As Director of Development for the SANEF and SAPN concessions (1,700 km motorway network in the North, East and West of France, member companies of the Abertis group), he was in charge of contractual relationship with the concession grantor, as well as for promoting and negotiating all amendments to concession contracts.
Arnaud Hary was also Chairman of the Board of Directors of ALIS, the concessionaire of the A28 motorway (125 km in Normandy) and Chairman of the French Motorway Association (ASFA). 
In October 2019, Arnaud Hary has been moving to eurotoll SAS as new CEO.
